4All - It's at 4 and it is for ALL

Pondering and Wondering Together

4All

We recognise that we are all different, but all just as loved by God. We also know that everyone has different ways to connect with God and find meaning and community. This group, which grew out of something that started in Lockdown 2020, is a place to come together, whatever our ages or stages of faith, backgrounds or situations. To ponder, to question, to learn, to share and to support one another.

What do we do?

We try and provide an informal setting to explore a question together in a range of ways so everyone, young, old, or somewhere in-between, can find a way to reflect. This may be through a reading, prayer, music, art and crafts, discussion, time outdoors or games. Although we make every effort to include children and families, we try and make sure that it is not exclusively aimed at them and we have people in the group from every generation.

When do we meet?

We aim to meet on the 2nd Sunday of each month at 4pm. The session lasts approx. 1 hour and then we often stay to eat a meal together from 5pm to 6pm.

There are no dates planned yet for 2024 as the leaders are having a break.

Where do we meet?

We have been meeting at St Mary’s in the lower room and spilling out onto Squirrel Green in good weather, but as we now have 20 – 30 people come together each month and would like more to be able to join us, we will probably need to look at alternative places to meet. If you are interested in joining us, please get in touch below via the details below.

For more information

We will regularly put-up information about the group on posters around the village and on the church website but if you want to find out more, or to join our Whatsapp group where we provide updates on what is happening each month, please contact Rachel Hodges on 07912267282.
